Based in the small, cozy town of Carver MA, our goal is to lead individuals down the beautiful path of discovery that yoga provides. Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or just simply be more present, we know you’ll fit in at our practice. At Twisted Spirit we pride ourselves on making all our students comfortable, in a judgement free, lighthearted atmosphere.

BEGINNERS YOGA
Looking for a place to begin? Not comfortable jumping into an all levels class just yet? Join us in Beginners to learn at a slower pace! Step by step instruction through poses, breath and meditation.
CHAIR YOGA
This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or using a chair for support during standing poses. Chair yoga is especially suitable for older adults, people with balance or coordination issues, and those with disabilities. Chair yoga helps increase flexibility, lung capacity, circulation and strength, improves balance, and relieves stress. The class incorporates breathing exercises, stretching, yoga postures, and relaxation
YOGA'S GOT BALLS
45 minutes of stretch and strength with yoga balls, followed by a little gentle yoga and a long Savasana.

Cyndi's classes are great! She has an informal and humorous manner that helps everyone in the class feel comfortable and accepted... Despite what level yoga one is practicing, the small class size is perfect for individual instruction.

I took the beginners yoga course with Cyndi and loved it. I had tried a yoga class (else where) once before and although I liked the idea of Yoga, I never went back. They went so fast, I had no idea what I was doing and was left to fend for myself and try to figure it out. By the time I got one move down they were ahead of me by 3 poses. Lol. Cyndi takes the time in the beginners course to tel you what to do, how to do it and will (nicely) correct you if you are doing it wrong. I am so much more comfortable with the different poses thanks to Cyndi. I will be attending more classes with Cyndi for sure!!
